電容型號不同,參數(shù)自然就不相同。薄膜電容同樣不例外,薄膜電容怎么讀參數(shù)?以下圖為例 :

1、CBB22為金屬化薄膜電容器的型號,屬于其中一類,為聚丙烯薄膜電容器。
CBB22 is the model of metallized film capacitor, which belongs to one category and is polypropylene film capacitor.
2、105代表容量,此種表示法為“三位法”,即105=10*10(5)pF=1.0uF, 注:10(5)=10的五次方。
105 stands for capacity, which is "three position method", i.e. 105 = 10 * 10 (5) pf = 1.0uf, note: 10 (5) = 10 to the fifth power.
電容的基本單位用法拉(F)表示,其它單位還有:毫法(mF)、微法(uF)、納法(nF)、皮法(pF)。其中:1法拉=103毫法=106微法=109納法=1012皮法。
The basic unit of capacitance is expressed in farad (f), and other units are: millimetre (MF), micromethod (UF), nanomethod (NF) and skin method (PF). Among them, 1 farad = 103 nm = 106 MF = 109 nm = 1012 PF.
3、J代表電容器容量等級:K(-/+10%),G(-/+2%)、H(-/+3%)、J(-/+5%)、K(-/+10%)、M(-/+20%)。
J represents capacitor capacity class: K (- / + 10%), G (- / + 2%), H (- / + 3%), J (- / + 5%), K (- / + 10%), m (- / + 20%).
4、630V表示電容器的額定電壓,使用時不用超過這個值(電容器廠家一般設計留有余量,但不推薦超過額定電壓使用)。
630V refers to the rated voltage of the capacitor, which should not be exceeded when used (the manufacturer of the capacitor generally has allowance for design, but it is not recommended to use the capacitor above the rated voltage).
額定電壓指的是電容在最低環(huán)境溫度和額定環(huán)境溫度下可連續(xù)加在電容器的最高直流電壓有效值,一般直接標注在電容器外殼上,如果工作電壓超過電容器的耐壓,電容器擊穿,造成不可修復的永久損壞。
Rated voltage refers to the maximum effective value of DC voltage that can be continuously applied to the capacitor at the lowest ambient temperature and rated ambient temperature. Generally, it is directly marked on the capacitor shell. If the working voltage exceeds the withstand voltage of the capacitor, the capacitor will break down and cause irreparable permanent damage.
