判斷貼片電容好壞是采購電容的必備技能,電解電容廠家總結(jié)出兩種不同的判斷方法,一是觀察外觀、尺寸及顏色,二是用數(shù)字電橋來檢測(cè)。
Judging the quality of chip capacitors is a necessary skill for purchasing capacitors. Electrolytic capacitor manufacturers have summed up two different judgment methods, one is to observe the appearance, size and color, and the other is to use digital bridge to detect.
第一:觀察
First: observation
如果是一個(gè)質(zhì)量合格的貼片電容的話,那么外觀尺寸應(yīng)該是和外面標(biāo)注的尺寸或者說明書上面以及外包裝上面標(biāo)注的尺寸是一致的,但如果你手頭拿到一個(gè)貼片電容,我發(fā)現(xiàn)這個(gè)外觀尺寸好像有些改變,比如說有輕微的瑕疵或者輕微的裂痕,那這個(gè)外觀的尺寸就可能會(huì)有一些問題了,那間接的有可能說明這個(gè)電容出現(xiàn)一些問題。

However, if you have a chip capacitor in hand, I find that the appearance size seems to have some changes, such as slight defects or slight cracks, then the appearance size is OK There will be some problems, which may indirectly indicate that there are some problems with this capacitor.
其次看錫腳,錫腳如有黑點(diǎn)、缺陷、裂紋、錫腳包邊上下比例不協(xié)調(diào)等不良說明所以這樣的好壞通過肉眼去看就可以大致的判斷出來。
Secondly, look at the tin feet. If there are black spots, defects, cracks, and uncoordinated proportion of the top and bottom of the tin feet, the quality can be roughly judged by naked eyes.
還可以看顏色,如果是正常出廠的正常的電容的話,那么外觀顏色是均勻的,同一批次不會(huì)出現(xiàn)發(fā)黑和發(fā)灰等色差現(xiàn)象,但如果當(dāng)你拿到一款貼片電容的時(shí)候,肉眼觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)這個(gè)外面的顏色就已經(jīng)發(fā)黑了,甚至像煙熏的那種顏色,那可能就說明這個(gè)電容出現(xiàn)了一些問題了,而且這種電容在安裝的時(shí)候是不能夠安裝上去的,應(yīng)該進(jìn)行檢測(cè),如果檢測(cè)不合格,那就說明電容有問題。

第二:用數(shù)字電橋來進(jìn)行檢測(cè)

檢測(cè)的過程很簡(jiǎn)單,就是直接把電橋調(diào)到相應(yīng)的檔位,然后用電橋夾具,將電容的兩個(gè)錫腳全部都接通短路。然后這個(gè)時(shí)候來觀察讀數(shù),穩(wěn)定之后的讀數(shù),如果和這個(gè)電容的說明書上面的讀數(shù)的電容值是保持一致的,或者是偏差非常的小在正常誤差范圍內(nèi),那說明這個(gè)電容應(yīng)該是沒有問題的。
