(1) 防止鹵素腐蝕
Prevention of halogen corrosion
鋁電解電容對(duì)氯元素、溴元素等非常敏感,如果使用含鹵素的助焊劑、清洗劑、固定劑、熏蒸劑,鹵化物可能透過(guò)封口膠塞侵入電容器內(nèi)部,極易引起電容陽(yáng)極腐蝕,在上電后加速電容失效。因此必須嚴(yán)格管控生產(chǎn)工藝過(guò)程中使用的相關(guān)敏感制劑的鹵素成分。
Aluminum electrolytic capacitor is very sensitive to chlorine and bromine. If halogen containing flux, cleaning agent, fixing agent and fumigant are used, halide may invade into the capacitor through sealing rubber plug, which is easy to cause anode corrosion of capacitor and accelerate capacitor failure after power on. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly control the halogen components of sensitive preparations used in the production process.

鋁電解經(jīng)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間在高溫環(huán)境下存放飯后,電容陽(yáng)極氧化膜和電解液會(huì)發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng),造成耐壓下降、漏電流增大。當(dāng)突然上電,電容電壓接近額定電壓后,可能引起過(guò)壓失效或漏電流過(guò)大導(dǎo)致過(guò)熱失效。

對(duì)應(yīng)單體電容特別是高壓類(lèi)電容,長(zhǎng)期存放后需激活處理,建議串接1kΩ保護(hù)電阻,逐漸加壓到額定電壓,維持1小時(shí)左右,使得電容陽(yáng)極氧化膜得以修復(fù),漏電流回到正常水平。
