任何產(chǎn)品使用不當(dāng)或者使用時間過長都會出現(xiàn)損壞的現(xiàn)象,夏季空調(diào)的使用頻率增加,有時候會莫名其妙的斷電,其中有可能是電容器元件損壞了。為什么在變頻器中電解電容會損壞呢?

1、整流管損壞
The rectifier tube is damaged
當(dāng)整流橋中有一個整流管被擊穿時,整流后的電壓將出現(xiàn)交流成分,濾波電容器上出現(xiàn)反向電壓,濾波電容器因此而損壞。
When a rectifier tube in the rectifier bridge is broken down, AC component will appear in the rectified voltage, and the filter capacitor will be damaged due to the reverse voltage on the filter capacitor.
2、電壓分配不均
Uneven voltage distribution
當(dāng)均壓電阻中有一個損壞時,互相串聯(lián)的兩組電容器上的電壓分配變得不均衡,則電壓較高的電容器容易損壞。
When one of the equalizing resistors is damaged, the voltage distribution on the two series capacitors becomes unbalanced, and the capacitor with higher voltage is easy to be damaged.
3、電容器漏電電流過大
Excessive leakage current of capacitor
電解電容接入電路時,是存在漏電流的。正常情況下,漏電流是很小的。但如果由于電容器老化,或由于電容器本身的質(zhì)量較差等原因,漏電流將增大,使電解電容器將因嚴(yán)重發(fā)熱而損壞。
When the electrolytic capacitor is connected to the circuit, there is leakage current. Under normal conditions, the leakage current is very small. However, if the leakage current will increase due to the aging of capacitor or poor quality of capacitor itself, the electrolytic capacitor will be damaged due to serious heating.
