電解電容壽命一般多長?來看看電解電容壽命的計算公式!

  電容的規(guī)格書中經(jīng)常會出現(xiàn)電解電容的壽命是2000小時或者5000小時或者10000小時不等。很多客戶會問:“如果按照一天24小時計算的話,假設(shè)一個設(shè)備每天工作12小時,選用的是2000小時的電解電容的話,那該電容的使用時長只有不到200天,這使用壽命也太短了吧!真的是這樣嗎?

  舉個例子,某個電解電容在最大溫度為105℃時,壽命為2000小時。根據(jù)計算公式,如果電解電容實際工作的最大溫度是40℃,可以計算出其工作壽命是2000*2^(105-40)/10=181019H≈20年。但是事實上我們一般是知道設(shè)計壽命,然后根據(jù)設(shè)計壽命計算溫升,比如說如果產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計使用壽命為3年,也就是26280小時。則10*log2(26280/2000)=37.3℃,那么設(shè)計工作溫度不能超過65℃。
